Galway Bay Sailing Club

In July 2023 the annual West of Ireland Offshore Sailing Championships will take place in the waters off the Aran Islands, Co. Galway. This event is jointly hosted by Galway Bay Sailing Club (GBSC) and the West of Ireland Offshore Racing Association (WIORA).

There will be up to 6 classes of racing as follows.

• Class 1 Spinnaker Class          
• Class 2 Spinnaker Class        
• Class 3 J24                                    
• Class 4 1720                             
• Class 5 White Sails 1
• Class 6 White Sails 2

Boats will be allocated to the relevant classes by the organisers based on information offered in this online form.
